Fun, energetic classes designed to build confidence, discipline and fitness in a safe and positive environment. Through boxing, kickboxing and movement-based activities, children develop focus, respect, coordination and self-belief while making friends and burning energy the right way.

Ages 6–10: 5:00pm–5:45pm
Sundays
Ages 3–5: 9:30am–10:15am
